The training app did not start

The app's JavaScript could not be loaded. Check the error below for the first failing file.

Open Terminal in the extracted project folder and run npm ci, then npm run dev. Open the http://localhost:5173/ address shown in Terminal. Do not open index.html directly from Finder.
